Whether you are just starting out or you want to take an already successful program to the next level, you will benefit from this valuable event. Your state leaders join our experts to produce a plan of action, a budget, and success metrics for a sustainable career readiness certificate program that will have real economic impact!

The Career Readiness Institute is a three-day planning event that results in an actionable plan to enhance or launch your state’s career readiness certificate program. In order to ensure alignment and ownership, the plan is actually written by key leaders in your state as they go through the Institute’s planning process. Instructors will share models for statewide alignment around the National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) and related certificate systems and will provide support as the leadership team from your state adapts the material to meet your specific needs.

The models are based on lessons learned and best practices from the leading states and are designed to help your team develop: • Specific goals for your state, • A budget for statewide implementation or expansion, • Return on Investment (ROI) calculations to quantify the benefits of statewide alignment around the certificate in financial terms.
